Magnesium Stearate, USP by Alfa Chemistry is a preservative-free, non-GMO, sensory modifier. It also acts as a film-forming and anti-caking agent. It is an ester of magnesium & stearic acid. It is produced by reacting sodium stearate with magnesium salts.

• It is used as texturizer, opacifier, and non-gelling thickener for a variety of personal care products and color cosmetics.
