Isostearyl Palmitate by Alfa Chemistry is a liquid emollient and functions as a co-solubilizer for silicones and waxes in sunscreens. It offers excellent pour and mold-release properties whilst imparting remarkable spreadability. It imparts a light, silky emolliency even at low concentrations and can eliminate the greasy feel of mineral oils & heavy esters. Isostearyl Palmitate is used in skin-, hair care and color cosmetic applications.
