Cylopentasiloxane by Alfa Chemistry is a cyclic silicone emollient, anti-foaming agent and hair conditioning agent. Used as a solvent and carrier for other cosmetic ingredients. It has lubricating and smoothness-enhancing properties. It is a water-thin fluid that evaporates quickly upon application to the skin, leaving a silky and non-greasy feel.

It helps to improve the spreadability and absorption of other ingredients and provides silky texture.
It enhances the durability and water-resistance of sunscreens.
