Carbinol (Hydroxyl) Terminated Polydimethylsiloxane by Alfa Chemistry acts as a wetting agent. It is silicone glycol surfactant that decreases surface tension of water at low concentrations of 0.1%. It enhances the particle size distribution and allows the uniform coating of actives or of film formers. It is mainly used in spray products.
