Andisil® CP 1050

Cyclopentasiloxane (and) Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer. Andisil® CP 1050 by AB Specialty Silicones is silicone elastomer blend for use in W/O, O/W, and non-aqueous emulsions for a clear and matte finish. It is a mixture of a dimethicone crosspolymer and carrier (cyclopentasiloxane). It imparts soft & silky feel. Also, provides mattifying effect to the finished product and help improve the stability of personal care formulations. In skin care products, it offers cushion, ease of formulation and spreadability. Andisil® CP 1050 finds application in antiperspirant/deodorants, creams & lotions, color cosmetics and sun care products. The shelf life of this ingredient is 12 months.
