CYCLOPIDENE

Acetic acid, cyclopentylidene-, methyl ester. Acts as a fragrance ingredient. It is a very powerful floral modifier related to ylang. Provides diffusion and lift. It combines the salicylate/cresyl harmony that exists in many white florals. Contains 0.05% of BHT as stabilizer. It shows tenacity for 2 days on a smelling strip. It is used in fine fragrances, shampoo, shower gel, soap, etc.
