Nipaguard® SCP

Phenoxyethanol (and) Sorbitan Caprylate. Nipaguard® SCP by Clariant is a halogen- & formaldehyde-free preservative blend. It is a broad spectrum antimicrobial agent.

It is an alternative to parabens and formaldehyde donors.
It provides activity against gram positive- & negative bacteria, yeasts & molds.
It is effective at low concentration and is easy to handle and to process.
It reduces preservation load and is recommended for color cosmetics, antiperspirant and deodorant.
Nipaguard® SCP is used in shower, liquid- & bar soap, shampoo, syndet, wet wipe and hair conditioner.
Also used in cream, lotion, sun protection and hair styling products.
