The watery & highly pigmented jelly eyeshadow is formulated at room temperature with lecithin-based premix emulsifier,
NIKKOL Nikkomulese® LH, which can emulsify charged mineral beauty ingredients and vitamin C derivatives which should stabilize at acidic pH. This no-heat emulsifying way is their new proposal for sustainable manufacturing.
