Gattefossé’s Plant-based Emulsifier Received Gold Medal at in-cosmetics Asia

At in-cosmetics Asia, held in Bangkok, the organizers unveiled the winners of the innovation zone on November 8^th. Gattefossé was once again rewarded for its new O/W emulsifier and received the gold medal. This triple-award-winning shield for sensitive skin creates light and sensorial textures.

Reduces Skin Stress and Reinforces the Barrier

Emulium® Dermolea MB, a plant-based O/W emulsifier, reduces skin stress and brings long-term soothing thanks to its unique lipidic composition rich in sterols and triterpenes. Highly moisturizing and protective, it is shown to reinforce the skin barrier function. Used at up to 4%, this multifunctional ingredient is suitable for all skin types, in both humid and dry climates.

Launched in April 2023 at in-cosmetics Global, Emulium® Dermolea MB was nominated as a finalist in the functional ingredient category of the innovation zone. After winning the best functional ingredient in Korea and a silver medal in Latin America, it is once again on the top step of the podium!
