Barentz, a global distributor of life science and specialty ingredients, announced that Distribuciones Industriales Variadas, S.A. "Divsa," will be rebranded as Barentz, effective immediately. The name change follows the acquisition of Divsa by Barentz International "Barentz" in March 2022.

With locations across Guatemala, the Dominican Republic, Honduras, El Salvador, Costa Rica, and Panama, Barentz will continue to serve customers and principals with the same high level of attention that their local teams have done for more than 25 years.
