Carbonwave and ChemSpec Ltd, a member of Safic-Alcan, are entering into an agreement in the markets for the distribution of SeaBalance® 2000 and 2000 CH. It is a natural, multi-functional, upcycled O/W emulsifier to the cosmetic market.
The territory scope of the contract covers the United States, West of the Mississippi River.
Minimizes the Whitening & Greasiness in Sun Care Products
SeaBalance® 2000, is claimed to be the world's first emulsifier upcycled from Sargassum seaweed. It uses a proprietary green chemistry process to create an oil-in-water (O/W)
emulsifier that works in a wide range of emollients and applications in both hot and cold processes.
Certified by COSMOS without any animal origins. SeaBalance® 2000 has been clinically proven to deliver moisturization and reinforcement of the skin barrier with a smooth and silky silicon-like feel. It also meets Vegan, Halal, and Kosher standards.
This emulsifier also minimizes the whitening and greasiness often associated with sun care products.
