Barentz Acquires Volp Indústria e Comércio Ltda to Bolster Its Position in South AmericaBarentz International announces the acquisition of Volp Indústria e Comércio Ltda., in close collaboration with its joint venture partner Tovani Benzaquen, expanding its activities and bolstering its overall position in South America.

Volp's expertise perfectly complements the current activities of Barentz’s joint venture Tovani Benzaquen and strengthens and balances the group proposition in Life Sciences. The current Volp management team will remain in charge of the business.

Volp Indústria e Comércio Ltda., headquartered in Osasco, São Paulo, Brazil, has built a strong position in the Brazilian personal care market in the past 29 years. The company is renowned for its expertise in supplies for the personal care industry, supported by its strong sales force and its own development and application laboratories.
