This Broad Spectrum SPF ~32, PFA (PPD) ~17 Sunscreen Milk delivers superior broad-spectrum protection against the burning and aging rays of the sun with daily wear quality aesthetics by using elegant sunscreen solvent HallBrite® BHB with HallBrite® PSF, the silicone-based triplet state quencher, to photostabilize avobenzone. Its low viscosity allows it to be used both as a wetting solution for sunscreen wipes and as a sunscreen lotion spray. SPF and PFA are in vitro estimates.
