This lotion works through the combination of Floraesters 20 and Floraesters 30 coupled with Flexan II. Floraesters 20 and Floraesters 30 are emollients with occlusive properties that trap moisture at the skin’s surface. There is also data to support fine line reduction with the use of Floraesters 20 and Floraesters 30. The combination of Florasolvs PEG-150 Hydrogenated Jojoba and Floraesters K-100 Jojoba creates a naturally-derived emulsifier in this formula. Flexan II is a polymer that pulls the skin “tight” as it dries and forms a film. The high pH of Floraesters K-100 Jojoba also neutralizes the Carbopol 940 Polymer.
