This silky feeling pressed powder contains Kobo's new 11SP treated pigments
and fillers. It uses Momentive/Kobo's 350 cst. Dimethicone as the only binder. By
using the combination of 11SP and Dimethicone alone, this powder shows good
pressability at low pressure and gives an ultra creamy feel.
