Cyclopentasiloxane (and) Caprylyl Dimethicone Ethoxy Glucoside. BELSIL® SPG 128 VP by Wacker is a mild and gentle silicone surfactant. Imparts a soft and velvety feel to the skin and has excellent spreading properties. Provides good emulsification benefits for triple-phase formulations comprising water, silicone and an organic phase. BELSIL® SPG 128 VP is designed for use as a water-in-oil or water-in-silicone emulsifier. Offers easy rheological modification and greater product stability than oil-in-water systems. It is a good leveling agent for pigments in liquid and powder color-cosmetics compositions. It is supplied as a 20 % active solution in cyclopentasiloxane. It is designed for use in eye- & lip make up, foundation and sun care.
