BELSIL® PDM 1000

Trimethylsiloxyphenyl Dimethicone. BELSIL® PDM 1000 by Wacker is a phenyl-modified polydimethylsiloxane. Acts as an emollient in skincare products. Imparts a very pleasant feel to the skin. Offers good skin feel, shine and compatibility with other cosmetic raw materials. BELSIL® PDM 1000 provides water repellency and shine-enhancing properties. Used in antiperspirants/ deodorants, color cosmetics, hairstyling, shaving, skin care and sunscreens. It is designed for use in shampoos, conditioners, eye-& lip-make up & foundation. It can reduce stickiness, of formulations containing acrylic acid polymers.
