Silica (100%). MSS -500/N by Kobo acts as a texturing agent. Provides a ball bearing effect, which imparts finished products with increased payoff, an elegant silky texture, enhanced slip and better blendability for a more natural finish. Offers non-tacky, velvety or powdery after-feel. Microspheres scatters light to diminish the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. MSS -500/N is a spherical shaped white powder, insoluble in water. Used as voluminizers for mascaras and other skin care products. Approved by Ecocert.
