Silica (98.0-100.0%). MSS -500/3H by Kobo acts as an aesthetic enhancer. Provides a non-tacky, velvety or powdery after-feel. MSS -500/3H imparts a silky texture, soft focus effect, increased pay-off and enhanced slip. MSS -500/3H is a silica microsphere, available in the form of white powder. Used as voluminizers for mascaras and in other cosmetic care products. Ecocert approved and complies with TSCA, DSL/NDSL, IECSC, KECL, PICCS, ENCS and AICS.
