Polycyclopentadiene and squalene. KOBOGUARD® 5400 SQ by Kobo acts as a film former and waterproofing agent. Improves water resistance and rub resistance, helps to enhance skin adhesion and substantivity, imparts gloss and helps to suspend pigments. KOBOGUARD® 5400 SQ consists of 50% film-forming polymer dispersed in squalane. Applications in decorative cosmetics and skin care products. Complies with Europe, Australia, Japan and Canada DSL Inventory.
