KOBOGUARD® 5400 IDD

Hydrogenated polycyclopentadiene (65-75%) and isododecane (25-35%). KOBOGUARD® 5400 IDD by Kobo is a film former and substantivity agent. Improves water resistance and rub resistance, imparts gloss and helps to suspend pigments and enhance skin adhesion. KOBOGUARD® 5400 IDD consists of 70% oil soluble, film-forming polymer dispersed in isododecane. Insoluble in water and used for cosmetic film to the skin, lashes, hair and nails. It complies with TSCA, DSL/NDSL, EINECS/ELINCS, AICS, PICCS, KECL and IECSC.
