Cyclopentasiloxane and PEG/PPG-18/18 Dimethicone. TC-MAGIC 3225C by Guangzhou Tinci Materials Technology (Tinci) acts as an emulsifier, moisturizing agent, dispersant and emollient. It is a high molecular weight polyether silicone dispersed in cyclopentasiloxane. It produces stable W/Si emulsified system. It offers good spreadability, non-greasy and silky skin feeling. It is applicable for transparent products. TC-MAGIC 3225C is used in sunscreen, antiperspirant, pigment and other cosmetic care products.
