Cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 Dimethicone. TC-MAGIC 3090 by Guangzhou Tinci Materials Technology (Tinci) is a W/O and W/Si emulsifier. It exhibits excellent emulsifiability, water resistance, stability and hot and cold conditions. It offers good compatibility with different types of formula and oil. It is recommended for makeup care, emulsion and sunscreen under W/Si, W/O, W/O/W or O/W/O systems. TC-MAGIC 3090 is designed for foundation, BB cream, isolated base makeup, mascara, eye shadow and other color cosmetics. It has a shelf life of 24 months.
