2-Ethylhexyl Lactate. Galaster™ EHSTL95 by Galactic acts as a solvent, anti-acne, cleaning and wetting agent. It is a non-VOC 2-ethylhexyl ester of L(+) lactic acid produced by fermentation. It has low volatility and high flashpoint. Galaster™ EHSTL95 is used to formulate cosmetic products. Meets directive 2010/75/EU. It has a shelf life of 24 months.
