Propyl lactate. Galaster™ NPSTL98.5 by Galactic acts as a solvent, anti-acne, cleaning and wetting agent. It is the n-propyl ester of L(+) lactic acid produced by fermentation and has low volatility. Galaster™ NPSTL98.5 is used to formulate cosmetic products. It has a shelf life of 24 months.
