PEG/PPG-17/18 dimethicone. DOWSIL™ Q2-5220 Resin Modifier by Dow is a resin plasticizer. It offers characteristics such as softness, no undesirable whitening effects, reduced tackiness, more flexibility and easy removability without flaking. It shows compatibility with ethanol and water. DOWSIL™ Q2-5220 Resin Modifier is used with hair fixative products such as hairsprays, mousses, setting lotions and styling gels and antiperspirant/deodorant applications.
