DOWSIL™ 5-7113 Silicone Quat Microemulsion

Blend of Silicone Quaternium-16, Undeceth-11, Butyloctanol and Undeceth-5. DOWSIL™ 5-7113 Silicone Quat Microemulsion acts a heat and color protecting agent. It is a non-ionic micro-emulsion and offers clear formulations. It shows hair volume, reduced static, hair fiber alignment, shine and reduced drying time. It provides reduced hair dryness & breakage, slipperiness, smoothness and enhanced wet & dry combing. DOWSIL™ 5-7113 Silicone Quat Microemulsion finds application in formulating shampoos, rinse-off & leave-in conditioners and styling products. Meets NZIoC, REACH, TSCA, PICCS, KECI, ENCS/ISHL, IECSC, AICS, DSL and TCSI.
