DOWSIL™ EP-9610 Cosmetic Powder by Dow is a soft powder that provides unique smooth, bouncy and silky feel with optical effect and optimal sensory experience as well as matte finish. It aids the development of soft and silky products that feel velvety on skin without tackiness or clumping. It is easy to process (disperse) and due to low agglomeration properties, spherical silicone shape and low hardness level to deliver smoother spread-ability and less clumping. It can also be added directly to oil-phase ingredients without premixing in another fluid. DOWSIL™ EP-9610 Cosmetic Powder is suggested to develop cosmetics formulations with a variety of applications and textures like loose and compact powders, oils, solid, gel/paste or liquid form. It is suggested for use in skin, color, sun, hair care, and antiperspirant products.
