Cyclotetrasiloxane. DOWSIL™ 244 Fluid by Dow acts as a carrier. Offers detackifying, lubrication and spreading properties. Provides characteristics such as no residue or build up, transient effect, non-greasy and non-stinging. It is a volatile, clear, odorless, VOC-exempt, low toxicity, low surface tension and evaporates completely at room temperature. DOWSIL™ 244 Fluid is used in antiperspirants, deodorants, skin creams, lotions, bath oils, cleansing products, hair sprays, suntan and shaving products, make-up and nail polishes.
