Dextrin Palmitate. Rheopearl KL2 by Chiba Flour Milling acts as an oil thickener/ stabilizer, wax texture enhancer and gellant. It is a polymeric ester of saccharides and fatty acids. It increases viscosity of oils, improves pigment dispersion and improves stability of emulsions. It also helps to reduce oiliness. Rheopearl KL2 is used in lip gloss, lipstick, mascara, eyeliner, skincare products cream, oil serum), foundation and sunscreen.
