Rheopearl® WX

Dextrin Palmitate/Hexyldecanoate. Rheopearl® WX by Chiba Flour Milling acts as an emulsification stabilizer, wax texture enhancer and gelling agent for oils. It is a polymeric ester derived from vegetable raw materials, obtained through esterification of sugars and fatty acids. It forms soft, transparent, high thixotropic and low dosage gels. It offers high stability, shear-thinning and restructuring properties. Moreover, it increases the viscosity of oils and facilitates pigment dispersion. It is suitable for hydrocarbon and ester oils. Rheopearl® WX finds application in formulating eye liners, mascaras, liquid rouges, foundation creams, massage oils, cleansing oils and sunscreens.
