Hydrogen Trifluoropropyl Dimethicone. Andisil® FSXL 4505 by AB Specialty Silicones is a specialty, fluoro and hydride substituted, silicone fluid with low refractive index. It is recommended for use as a surface treatment modifier for oil repellency in pigment coatings. It imparts hydrophobicity and lipophobicity. Andisil® FSXL 4505 finds application in color cosmetics and sun care products. The shelf life of this ingredient is 12 months.
