Andisil® PXL 2450

Hydrogen Diphenyl Dimethicone. Andisil® PXL 2450 by AB Specialty Silicones is phenyl modified fluid. It is recommended for use as a surface treatment modifier in pigment coatings. This high refractive index ingredient can be used in systems that require siloxane organic solubilizing agents. It offers cushion, film forming, lubrication, organic compatibility, skin protectant, spreadability, wash off resistance and tack reduction in skin care products. It is suitable for clear formulations and pigment coatings. Also, increases shine and gloss in color cosmetics. Andisil® PXL 2450 is used in antiperspirant & deodorant and sun care products. The shelf life of this ingredient is 12 months.
