In March 2006, Edouard (Eddie) Roschi and Fabrice Penot founded a first in French perfumery in New York’s Lower Manhattan, NOLITA neighborhood. NOLITA, which means north of Little Italy, has long been an enclave of small shops and immigrant-owned businesses that began establishing themselves at the turn of the century.
