PEARLAGENT GM 4055

Glycol Stearate (and) MIPA-Laureth Sulfate. PEARLAGENT GM 4055 by Zschimmer & Schwarz acts as an opacifying agent with pearlescent effect. It is a blend of fatty acid glycol ester with fatty alcohol ether sulfate containing 0.3% sodium benzoate and 0.06% ethylparaben with anionic character. It provides light gloss effect in cosmetics. The stability of the gloss depends on a sufficient viscosity of the final product. PEARLAGENT GM 4055 is used in hair shampoos and bath preparations.
