PEG-9 Cocoglycerides. OXYPON 401 by Zschimmer & Schwarz acts as an emollient based on natural olive oil. It shows solubilizing properties towards perfumes and essential oils. It offers a pleasant skin feeling and can significantly lower the irritation potential of anionic surfactants.
