It is a high grade effect pigment. Contains transparent synthetic flake crystal as base material, titanium dioxide and other metal oxide which create a perfect combination of shimmer lemon yellow color and luster. It has smooth flake structure, high transparency and extremely high refractive index. It is non-toxic in nature and provides final product with splendid optics chromaticity. Used in face, lip, eye, nail and hair applications.
