Ectoin. WTB-1811 by Watec Laboratories is an anti-stress, repairing, anti-inflammatory, soothing and moisturizing agent. It is very safe, 100% natural and multi-functional cosmetic ingredient with outstanding cell protection and anti-aging properties. It reinforces broken skin barrier and prevents DNA damage from UV and visible light. It shows no incompatibility with other cosmetic active substances. It can be added directly to aqueous phase (hot or cold) prior to emulsification. WTB-1811 is recommended for use in skin care, hair care and color cosmetic products. It has a shelf life of 36 months.
