Dimethicone (and) Caprylyl Dimethicone Ethoxy Glucoside. BELSIL® WO 5000 by Wacker acts as a non-ionic mild surfactant and water-in-oil or water-in-silicone emulsifier. It is 30% active solution in dimethicone and is derived from renewable, natural, biodegradable sugar-based component. Imparts soft & velvety feel to the skin and offers excellent spreading. BELSIL® WO 5000 is used in formulating skin care, sun care and decorative cosmetic such as foundations and lip-make up products. Meets TSCA and REACH.
