PEG/PPG-25/25 Dimethicone. BELSIL® DMC 6031 by Wacker is a copolymer of polydimethylsiloxanes and organic glycols. Acts as resin plasticizer in hair fixative products. In creams and lotions, it acts as co-emulsifier providing oil-in-water emulsification benefits. It reduces brittleness and flaking of organic resins. It helps to confer mild conditioning benefits on hair & skin and promotes formation of clear products. It improves skin feel and product stability. BELSIL® DMC 6031 is used in antiperspirants/ deodorants, bath care, hair styling, shaving, skin care and sunscreen products.
