Disiloxane. BELSIL® DM 0.65 by Wacker acts as a lubricant. It can be used as a delivery system in antiperspirant & deodorant formulations and as a resin plasticizer in fixative styling products. Suitable for hair care products and color cosmetics. It helps to uniformly spread actives and pigments over the surface of hair and skin. It improves rub-in properties and wet combability. It reduces stickiness and imparts a smooth skin feel. It allows easy spreading of high-viscosity fluids. Due to its low heat of vaporization, BELSIL® DM 0.65 evaporates from the skin without producing a cooling or stinging effect. It is designed for use in conditioners, sun care, make-up products and hair styling. Complies with REACH, ECL, ENCS, DSL, AICS, IECSC, PICCS, TSCA and TCSI regulations.
