Cyclopentasiloxane. BELSIL® CM 040 by Wacker evaporates from the skin without chilling or irritating the skin. It works as a diluent or carrier, spreading actives and pigments evenly across the hair and skin's surface. Improves rub-in characteristics, decreases stickiness, and leaves skin feeling lubricated and smooth. BELSIL® CM 040 increases wet combability, making it easier to spread high viscosity fluids or gums on hair.
