Mica (and) Dimethicone. Distinctive® Si-Sericite acts as an aesthetic enhancer. A natural mineral based powder, whose surface is treated and processed. Distinctive® Si-Sericite provides a smooth and satin-like feel. It is hydrophobic, resists discoloration and offers excellent compatibility as well as improved dispersability. Recommended for waterproof and long wear products where substantive materials are required. Used in color cosmetics, oil/shine control products, powders, anti-aging and soft focus products, hot pours, wet/dry powders and sun care formulations.
