4-Methylbenzylidene Camphor (100%). Sunsafe® MBC by Uniproma Chemical is an oil soluble, safe and effective UVB absorber. It has specific extinction (E 1%/1 cm) of min. 930 at around 299 nm in methanol and has additional absorption in the short-wave UVA spectrum. It can be used in combinations with other UV filters, to achieve a higher SPF. It is an effective photo stabilizer of Sunsafe® ABZ. It is used in make-up and whitening series products, sunscreen products such as creams, sprays and sticks. Sunsafe® MBC has a shelf life of 2 years.
