Hydroxypinacolone Retinoate. PromaCare® HPR by Uniproma Chemical is an anti-aging agent. It is recommended for anti-wrinkle, anti-aging and whitening skin care products of lotions, creams, essences and anhydrous systems. It is a new type of vitamin A derivative that is effective without conversion.

It binds well to protein receptors in cells and promote the division and regeneration of skin cells.
It has extremely low irritation, super activity and higher stability.
It is synthesized from retinoic acid and small molecule pinacol.
It is easy to formulate (oil-soluble) and is safe/gentle to use on the skin and around the eyes.
It can slow down the decomposition of collagen and make the whole skin more youthful.
It has two dosage forms, pure powder and 10% solution.
It can promote keratin metabolism, clean pores and treat acne.
It can also improve rough skin, brighten skin tone and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
PromaCare® HPR has a shelf life of 3 years.
