Polyquaternium-7. Acts as an emollient and lubricating agent. This quaternized multi-polymer is compatible with anionic, cationic, non-ionic and amphoteric surfactants. Exhibits affinity to keratin of hair and skin, imparts moisturization with excellent curl retention. Improves wet and dry combing. Used in 2-in-1 shampoos, hair conditioners and body washes.
