Hydrogenated polydecene. NOMCORT HP-30 acts as an emollient. It is based on non-animal origin sources and is a non-polar oil (mostly composed of C30) like mineral oil and squalane. NOMCORT HP-30 possesses texture similar to squalane and is also superior in safety and solubility. Used as raw material in creams, milk lotions, lipsticks, lip glosses, foundations, oil based facial cleansers and sunscreens.
