Luxscreen® Zn 40 AF 50

Zinc Oxide (and) Hydrogenated Polydecene (and) Styrene/Acrylates Copolymer. Luxscreen® Zn 40 AF 50 acts as a UV filter. It is a UV-dispersion based on photostable lipid and mineral UV-filter encapsulated in a polymer structure. It is developed based on excluding volume technology (EVT). Zinc Dioxide is combined with the polymer to create a composite material to lower the density of UV filter in order to create more stable dispersions. Used in sun care formulations.
