Dimethicone PEG-8 Meadowfoamate. Acts as a texture modifier and conditioner. It is a derivative of meadowfoam seed oil. It is a natural anti-oxidant, hair repairer, nourisher and volumizing agent. In skin care products, it improves the properties of cleansing products such as add density and creaminess. It is a texture and shine enhancer, which ameliorates the dry down of the film and suitable for all types of hair care products. It can easily be included in water phases of lotions, shampoos, conditioners, emulsions, gels and serums. A very small addition into water instantly adds slip, texture and improves the dry down of the film.
