Acacia Gum. Acacia Gum by The Herbarie acts as an anti-inflammatory agent. It is a natural polysaccharide derived from the sap of an African acacia tree, with no chemical modification. It should be completely dispersed and hydrated in water, prior to adding oils. It is not compatible with cationic ingredients. Acacia Gum finds application in formulating cosmetic products. Complies with GRAS.
